Billing

We are a self-pay practice. We are considered out-of-network providers with insurance and are not currently contracted with any insurance companies. For those with insurance, we can refer you to a biller who can submit a claim to your insurance.

A non-refundable retainer fee of $1000 is due at the initial prenatal visit and is included in the total cost of care. We offer payment plans for all packages and require the fee for care to be paid by your 36 week prenatal visit. If you have insurance, labs and ultrasounds are charged separately from our care package and are billed through your insurance. If you do not have insurance, standard lab fees are included in the care package and ultrasounds are charged separately.
